Strategy and Design Solutions (SDS) is a woman-owned company that was formed in 2009. It is staffed by a group of highly skilled and experienced IT professionals who worked together at IBM for over 15 years. The SDS team has experience teaming with global corporations and government agencies to manage transition and transformation. We apply our skills and insight to the  design, build, and maintenance of highly complex, state of the art information technology systems in support of productivity and organizational change goals. SDS team members are leaders in their disciplines and have expertise in supporting large scale, multi-stakeholder, collaborative work groups using portal technologies, social networking tools, user centered research and design methods, and communications planning to deliver systems that are easy to use and adoptable by both technical and non-technical user groups.
